| Reservations are strongly encouraged.
Passengers with reservations have priority when being loaded on the vehicle.
Walk-ons are accepted on a space-available basis.
Reservations must be made before 9PM the day before your trip.
When traveling north from DIA, please check in at our Shamrock Service Booth

| Cancellations: |
Prepaid reservations will be refunded if cancelled the day before the reservation or sooner. Reservations cancelled on the day of the reservation or after the reserved time will receive a travel voucher good for 6 months.

| Children: |
Children 12 and under occupying a seat are $10.00
to or from any city. Children sitting on parent or guardian laps are not charged a fee |
| Luggage: |
Passengers are limited to two (2) pieces of luggage and one (1) carry-on. Certain items are charged an extra handling fee. |
| Parking: |
Public parking is available at no charge at the Harmony Transfer Center Park & Ride in Fort Collins and at Roosevelt Park in Longmont. |
| Door to Door
service: |
Home pickups by shuttle van are offered in Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeeley only. Door to Door pickups are also available to building locations on the CSU Campus. Reservations are required for all . (There is no extra charge for pickup or dropoff at the CSU transfer center.)

| Disabled Passenger Service: |
Wheelchair accessible vans are available for disabled passengers. Service animals assisting disabled passengers are transported at no charge. |
